  1. Confidentiality :
    The patient agrees that all information and records related to their treatment at the clinic will be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the patient's prior written consent.
  2. Informed Consent :
    The patient understands that any treatment or therapy provided by the clinic is based on the latest medical knowledge and is the best available treatment option at the time of diagnosis, but may not guarantee success. The patient gives their informed consent to undergo treatment at the clinic and acknowledges that they have been fully informed of the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives to treatment.
  3. Payment Terms :
    The patient agrees to pay the fees for services rendered at the clinic as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
  4. Cancellation Policy :
    Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fees may be charged.
  5. Medical Records :
    The patient agrees to allow the clinic to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of their treatment, including test results, medications, and other relevant information.
  6. It is generally not possible to return medicines once they have been dispensed, as they are considered controlled substances and have specific handling and storage requirements. Additionally, medicines are often personalized to a patient's specific needs and may not be able to be reused or resold. However, it's best to check with the pharmacy before placing the order to confirm the specific return policy.
  7. All consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each consultation fee is valid for a single phone call or in-person visit only, but if you need further assistance or guidance from the doctor, you can reach out to them via their personal email ID. This allows you to continue seeking help and advice from the doctor even after the initial consultation has concluded. Any additional calls or visits will incur an additional consultation fee. The consultation fee is not redeemable for any other service or product.

In consideration of the services provided by Saira Health Care the patient agrees to pay the following fees: The actual fees are ₹500, however, we are currently offering a discount to make our services more accessible to all. The voice call consultation fee is ₹300, while the video and visit consultation fee is ₹400. Please note that these fees are subject to change and may be adjusted accordingly.
  9. We offer delivery of medicines to India via courier, which typically takes 4-5 working days. However, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any issues or delays during transit, we undertake to resolve the matter as soon as possible and keep our patients informed of the progress. We are committed to ensuring that our patients receive their medicines in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. All orders shipped internationally outside of India will be delivered via courier and may take approximately 2 weeks to reach the customer. However, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to the customs clearance process in both India and the recipient's country. In such cases, we are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from customs clearance, and the estimated delivery time may be longer than 2 weeks. We will do our best to expedite the process, but customers are advised to factor in potential delays when ordering.
  11. Conduct and Behavior :
    We expect all patients to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards our doctors, staff, and other patients during their visit. Any form of misbehavior, abuse, or harassment towards our staff will not be tolerated. In case of any such incident, we reserve the right to take necessary action as per the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Medical Protection Act, 2013, including but not limited to reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities and/or taking legal action.
  12. The doctor will prescribe and prepare medicines and nuskhas (as needed) based on the patient's medical requirements and diagnosis. The doctor will not alter or modify a patient's prescription upon request, as it is crucial to ensure the patient receives the most effective treatment for their condition. Patients are advised to rely on the doctor's professional expertise and recommendations regarding their treatment plan, and any changes to the prescription will only be made at the doctor's discretion and in accordance with professional medical standards.
  13. We are currently offering herbal treatment options, which may take longer to show results compared to conventional medical treatments. While we strive to provide effective treatment, you understand that the pace of recovery may vary depending on individual factors. You agree to continue the treatment as advised by our healthcare professionals to achieve optimal results and attain a full cure of your condition. We recommend following the treatment plan provided to you, and any deviation may impact the efficacy of the treatment.
  14. All patients are required to discuss their treatment progress with their assigned doctor or medical provider only. Patients are not authorized to share or discuss their treatment progress with the reception staff or any other personnel not directly involved in their care. This is to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient information, and to prevent miscommunication that may affect the quality of care. Patients who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to additional fees or penalties, or may be terminated from our practice.
  15. Please note that we do not currently offer cash on delivery (COD) as our shipping services are handled by third-party courier services. To confirm your order, please ensure you pay the full amount at the time of order placement. We kindly request that you do not ask for COD as this option is not available. Additionally, we are responsible for delivering the medication to you once the payment is confirmed, and we will not be held responsible for any issues arising from non-payment or failure to deliver due to patient's inability to pay COD.
  16. The duration of treatment and estimated cost of services cannot be confirmed prior to consultation with our medical professionals. Patients are kindly requested not to inquire about these details at the reception or during initial interactions, as a thorough evaluation and assessment by a doctor is necessary to provide an accurate estimate. Any such requests may result in delays or miscommunication, and we kindly request patients' cooperation in adhering to this policy.
  17. All prices quoted by our customer service team are final and non-negotiable. We do not offer any discounts or promotions on the prices of medicines, and all prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide competitive pricing, but we do not guarantee any discounts or special offers on medicines.
  18. We do not provide investigation facilities within our clinic. However, our medical professionals are happy to assist you in identifying a suitable diagnostic center near our location where you can conduct the necessary tests at your own expense. We will provide you with a list of recommended diagnostic centers and you are free to choose the one that suits your needs. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost or outcome of any investigations conducted outside our clinic.
  19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Barabanki, India.
  20. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this clause and agree to abide by it.
