Dr. Nizamuddin Qasmi’s medical career began after completing his studies from Darul Uloom Deoband and pursuing his Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) degree. He graduated with the highest ranking and started his career as a general physician, working at various reputed hospitals in Delhi, including Hakeem Abdul Hameed Century Hospital, Majeedia Unani Hospital, Dr. Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan, Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital, and Life Rays Hospital. Additionally, he also worked at the district hospital in Barabanki.

Dr. Nizamuddin Qasmi is determined to revive the true essence of Unani medicine by educating people about its correct principles and practices. He believes that many Unani physicians have deviated from the traditional methods and are prescribing medicines based on modern science, rather than adhering to the ancient Unani concepts. Moreover, some unqualified practitioners are spreading false information and causing harm to patients with their unproven treatments. Dr. Qasmi aims to put an end to this misrepresentation by sharing his knowledge and experience to promote authentic Unani medicine and provide effective treatment for sexual disorders and infertility issues.

With a strong foundation in MD (AM), he has expanded his knowledge further by completing certifications in OBS and GYNAE (CGO), infertility (Certificate In Infertility) , and various other master's and postgraduate diplomas in the field of sexual disorders and infertility. As a certified sexologist from multiple boards, he is also a respected member of numerous international and national organizations focused on sexual disorders and infertility, solidifying his expertise in this specialized area.

After gaining experience in his field, he transitioned to become a sexual disorders and infertility specialist and founded Saira Health Care in Barabanki. He has spent his clinical journey working on various single Unani drugs and compound medications to treat diseases without existing treatments, including PCOD, Azoospermia, Oligospermia, Epididymal Cysts, and Varicocele. Additionally, he has authored numerous research papers and health articles in renowned publications.
