At Saira Health Care, we are committed to providing high-quality medical consultations and authentic Unani formulations. However, due to the nature of medical services and the personalized nature of our pharmaceutical products ("Nuskhas"), we maintain a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By booking an appointment or placing an order on www.sairahealthcare.com or pharmacy.sairahealthcare.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.


1. Medical Consultation Policy

  • 1.1. Non-Refundable Fees
All consultation fees paid to Saira Health Care are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The fee covers the time and professional expertise of the doctor. Once the service (consultation) has been provided—whether via voice call, video call, or in-person visit—the transaction is considered complete.
  • Dissatisfaction with the medical advice or treatment plan does not entitle the patient to a refund.
  • 1.2. Scope of Consultation Fee
  • Each consultation fee is valid for a single interaction (one phone call or one visit).
  • The fee is not redeemable for medicines, future services, or other products.
  • If you require further guidance after the initial consultation has concluded, you may contact the doctor via their personal email. However, any additional calls or new visits will incur a fresh consultation fee.
  • 1.3. Rescheduling & Cancellation of Appointments
  • 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellation: Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee or a cancellation charge.
  • No-Show: If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment (online or offline) without prior notice, the fee will be forfeited.

2. Pharmacy Order Cancellation Policy

  • 2.1. Order Confirmation
  • Finality of Order: Once an order is booked and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled. We advise all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming payment.
  • Prescription Requirement: Orders are processed based on the specific prescription provided by Dr. Nizamuddin Qasmi. We do not entertain requests to alter the prescription after the order has been placed.
  • 2.2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery services. Full payment is required at the time of order placement to confirm the booking.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment failures or the customer’s inability to pay online.

3. Return & Refund Policy for Medicines

  • 3.1. General Return Policy (Domestic & International)
  • Non-Returnable Items: Medicines, herbal formulations, and "Nuskhas" are considered controlled substances and personalized items. Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we do not accept returns once the medicine has been dispensed or shipped.
  • No Resale: As medicines are often personalized to a patient's specific diagnosis, they cannot be reused or resold to other patients. Therefore, returns are generally not possible.
  • 3.2. Refunds for Lack of Results
  • No Guarantee of Cure: Medical treatment outcomes vary by individual. While we use the best available medical knowledge, we do not guarantee a cure.
  • No Performance Refunds: We do not offer refunds on the grounds that the treatment did not yield the desired results or that recovery is slower than expected. Unani and herbal treatments often require time to show efficacy.

4. Shipping-Related Refunds & Issues

  • 4.1. Patient Responsibility (Domestic India)
  • Acceptance of Delivery: It is the patient's responsibility to be available to answer the courier's call and receive the parcel.
  • Non-Delivery due to Patient Error: If a parcel is returned to us because:
    • o The patient provided an incorrect or incomplete address/phone number;
    • o The patient was unreachable or phone was switched off;
    • o The patient refused delivery;
    • o No refund will be provided.
  • Re-Shipping Costs: In the above scenarios, the patient must pay the return courier charges plus the cost of rebooking/reshipping the parcel to receive the medicines.
  • 4.2. Courier Service Errors
  • If a parcel is returned to us solely due to a mistake made by the courier service (and not due to patient error), we will reship the parcel to you at no extra cost.
  • Note: In this scenario, we will provide a replacement shipment, but we will not provide a monetary refund.
  • 4.3. International Orders (Outside India)
  • Customs & Delays: We are not responsible for delays or seizures caused by the customs department of the destination country.
  • Refund Condition: In the event an international parcel is not delivered, we will process a refund only if and when the medicines are returned to our facility.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned parcel, the refund process may take 5 to 7 working days. If the parcel is destroyed by customs or lost in transit and not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • 5.1. Non-Negotiable Pricing
  • All prices quoted by our customer service team are final. We do not offer discounts, and prices are non-negotiable.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • 5.2. Processing Refunds
  • If a refund is approved (solely at the discretion of Saira Health Care management under special circumstances), it will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
